Not a good experience. My teenage daughter was not happy with the colour they did and the lady was giving logic to her mistake instead of admitting and rectifying. I will say customers knows what they want and what they are getting. Not going back and definitely plz don't go if you want some contemporary and stylish hair tinting bcz I don't think they understand.
The ladies were nice and could do a walk-in mens haircut, had great conversation and were very professional I would recommend going here to others thanks for the great experience! :)

I had a terrible experience with this salon. I was after a particular pastel ombre colour through my hair and they made me come in to the salon so they could take a look at my hair at which time I was told that they could do it and I made an appointment. 2 DAYS before my appointment with no warning they sent a Facebook message to tell me that they are cancelling my appointment and I should find another salon as they do not feel that they could achieve the colour I wanted (this is after they already told me they could do it when they made me come in personally to see them and make an appointment). Furthermore, I then recieved a very unapologetic and extremely rude message when I made a complaint about my time that they had wasted and the fact that they waited just 2 days before my appointment to cancel it without warning. Based on my experience I feel this business has a severe lack of customer service and I would suggest that anyone wanting more than just a basic cut chooses another salon.
