Because I became good friends with their customer support. Everytime I went to rent a DVD I would have to ring them to get the DVD out. Both machines would tell me there was a problem with my account. Out of the 50 time's I rang them, not once could they work out what the problem was. No late fees due, no outstanding DVD'S, available funds in BA. So happy they have changed to Video Easy, not one issue since.
