Drove to the shop at 10 am.Friday 7th.Sign on the door saying CLOSED.no indication of when the shop was to open, I phoned ,left my mobile number, name and asked for a call back.Received a call at 12 noon to say they were open.There were other customers waiting outside the shop at 10 am.unsure of an opening time.I wanted to purchase Pool Chlorine,none in stock,delivery this afternoon, I purchase other items and paid in advance for 3 drums of Chlorine, I requested a phone call to let me know when it had arrived. At 4pm.I finally called them, yes, the Chlorine had arrived and we are closing at 5pm. I had driven 3 times from the other end of Tamborine to support a local business. Not good customer service.

Great local option for pool supplies, great staff with friendly service. Pricing is competitive with shops further away. The testing that is offered is a great way to ensure pool chem levels are correct for my family. One stop shop as far as I'm concerned.
Regularly not open during displayed 'trading hours'
Stopped in on Thu 26th April after the school run to get chlorine. Shop opens at 830 but the doors were still shut at 850am. Phoned head office and was told they were running late but were only 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later, still no staff to open the store and sell me chlorine.
