Rochelle, our property manager manages two of our properties. We are updated immediately of any problems. We get full photographic reports and updates on our properties every few months. We have had other property managers prior to this who were not so 'on the ball' with chasing rent, organizing maintenance and we simply we wouldn't go anywhere else.
AVOID these guys, awful customer service...We used C21 to manage our rental property. The property manager, Rochelle Hucker did not do a good job of managing the property. She was especially bad at simply communicating with us. I had to follow up almost every single request for the last 2 years. Emergency plumbing work over Christmas was communicated to us - 3 weeks later. Tenants breaking the lease got us an email, not even a phone call. When we called and explained our frustrations, we got a "I'm sorry you feel that way" non-apology. When we asked to see the exit report and photos, we got "We don't have a legal obligation to provide that to you." Unbelievable! Rochelle also doesn't work Saturdays, so you can forget about having an open house over the weekend. I could go on....but bottom line, find another agency in the area to manage your property. We have, and are much happier for it.
